Jason Mansur
Principal Partner
With 28 years of experience in the construction and the MEP field, Jason has held various roles on projects ranging from large multi-story commercial projects and large retail buildings to the design, and build of residential projects. During the past 8 years, Jason has effectively managed and directed a major MEP firm in Plano, TX, focusing mostly on municipalities.
In 1995, Jason created a start-up residential/commercial construction company concentrating on customer satisfaction and quality, winning many awards from “Parade of Homes” to multiple, “Builder of the Year” awards. Two years later, Jason acquired a MEP company; integrating it with his construction company. In 2006, Jason was one of the first companies to start installing Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems in the state of Indiana. In 2014, Jason was contracted to assist a company in developing a VRF department and educate
employees in the proper installation practices at a mechanical company in Texas. Throughout his career, Jason has designed and installed multiple types of mechanical systems, including 15,000+ tons of VRF.
In 2016, Jason joined an engineering firm to manage the construction administration services (CAD) department to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) design implementation for the companies architects, public and private sector clients. As Construction Administration Manager, Jason Mansur had the responsibility for all construction facets of projects, as well as, the quality of design and project inspection in the installation of all MEP engineered projects. In the field, Jason works with architects, owners, GM’s, and contractors to verify that contractors are installing projects per contract documents and code. Mr. Mansur’s work is performed in accordance with applicable portions of American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards and guidelines; American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Codes; state and local fire codes; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); Texas Accessibility Standards; International and Uniform Codes; and local codes and standards.

Alicia Mansur
Managing Partner
Serving in the residential and commercial property management industry for the past 11 years, Alicia has extensive leadership experience in operational and project management. She demonstrates cross-functional business knowledge of multiple departments in operational efficiency, budget oversight, business and capital improvement planning, vendor management and construction project administration. After attaining a B.A. in Communication at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, Alicia found her talent thriving in property management in North Texas with a successful background in multi-facet residential management sectors including manufactured housing, apartment, and HOA. She accepted a position with a 1,793,900 square-foot retail commercial space in 2019, as an Operations Manager in Frisco, TX. Seeking advancement, growth and an interest in compliance and real estate, Alicia took a position as an Acquisitions Manager for a local start-up company until ultimately co-founding Onsite Compliance.
