Onsite Compliance’s high level residential building inspections packages are designed to utilize international and local building codes, along with expert experience to identify any potential violations or issues on your property. We provide you with a detailed report outlining any issues found.

Inspection packages are available from a full permit review to a trade-specific information inspection. Combined inspection packages can be created to fit your specific need. 

Our most common services requested are: 

Closed In Package (IBC):: under slab, framing, roofing, screw inspection & final inspections. 

MEP Package (IMC, IPC, NEC): rough mechanical, rough electrical, rough plumbing & final inspections.

Energy Inspections (IECC): building insulation, HVAC & plumbing, vapor barrier and envelope. 

Fire Alarm & Sprinkler Inspections (NFPA): fire alarm systems & sprinkler systems.

We provide you with a detailed report outlining any issues and providing recommendations on how to rectify them. If desired, Onsite Compliance can create a custom maintanence program for your building to ensure you will get the full life of your system, avoiding unnecessary early replacements and failures.

Our building compliance audits are designed to ensure that your property complies with all relevant building codes and regulations specific to your location and type. Onsite  Compliance will provide a detailed report outlining any issues and providing recommendations on how to rectify them.

Our building energy efficiency inspections are designed to identify any areas where your property is wasting energy. We provide you with a detailed report outlining any issues and providing recommendations on how to improve energy efficiency.

This type of inspection include building envelope, windows, insulation, hot water systems, and HVAC systems.

Our building design inspections are created to ensure you are getting the project you paid for in design. Onsite Compliance will work closely with the architect and engineers of your project to ensure the GC, contractors, and sub-contractors are following the intent of the project design. We review all contract drawings, specifications, product submittals, and contractor submitted bids. We utilize this information to ensure you are getting what you paid for and agreed to in your contracts. In addition, we inspect quality and industry standard of installations.

Onsite Compliance will identify any areas your building is not meeting the design criteria. We provide you with a detailed report outlining any discrepancies and indicate where on the documents the information is found. 

We highly recommend this package as a money saving event. Shortcuts are usually made by contractors when not managed in real-time, and the most detrimental loss of money in a project. We want to ensure you get what you paid for and deserve!

Onsite Compliance’s 3rd party building inspections are provided to private owners to ensure the project is built to code. Unfortunately, it happens to often where a city building inspector does not even walk into a project and still gives the project a green tag or certificate of occupancy; only to find out a year down the road when warranty has expired, you now have a failure in your home that has cost you significantly. 

We will identify any area(s) where your building is not meeting code. Onsite Compliance will provide a detailed report outlining any discrepancies, and indicate where on the documents the information is found. 

Cities now require the owner of a property to conduct a photometric light study before issuing a certificate of occupancy. OnSite Compliance will conduct a photometric light study, and provide a report so you can apply for your certificate of occupancy.

Unfortunately some projects end up in litigation, Onsite Compliance has several years experience conducting forensic inspections in all aspects of construction, specializing in mechanical, electrical, & plumbing. If needed, we can work with your attorney to create a thorough detailed report, and assist in being very knowledgeable expert witnesses.
